Your timetable decides. Not your impulses.
Lock in turns the day you planned into the day that actually happens. Build your schedule block by block, get a full-screen alarm the moment each one starts, see what is next without unlocking your phone, and lock every distracting app away until the block is done.
BUILD YOUR DAY
Add an activity with a name, a start time, and how long you are doing it for. Choose the days it repeats, give it a colour and an icon, and it is set. Study sessions, gym, prayer, deep work, reading, sleep, anything you want to hold yourself to.
The Today screen shows what is running right now with a live progress ring and the time remaining, the next two blocks, and how many hours you have committed to each thing that day.
ALARMS THAT ACTUALLY FIRE
Every block can ring. Not a notification you will swipe away without reading, but a full-screen alarm over the lock screen, with the alarm ringtone looping and the phone vibrating until you deal with it.
Alarms are exact to the minute, repeat only on the days you chose, and are restored automatically after your phone restarts.
SEE IT WITHOUT OPENING IT
The home screen widget shows what you are on now, how long is left, and the next two blocks with countdowns. It refreshes itself the moment a block starts or ends, so you never have to open the app to know where you are supposed to be.
FOCUS MODE
Start a focus session for 25, 50, 90 or 180 minutes, or mark a block as a focus block and your phone locks down on its own for the whole thing.
Open something you did not allow and you hit a full screen showing what you are supposed to be doing and how long is left. You choose exactly which apps stay usable. Your launcher, the phone dialler and Settings are never blocked, so you can always reach an emergency call and can never be locked out of your own device.

LockIn does not request internet permission at all, so your timetable physically cannot leave your phone.
ABOUT PERMISSIONS
Focus mode is optional and switched off until you enable it. It uses Android's accessibility service because that is the only way an app can tell that you have opened something else. LockIn listens for a single event, that an app moved to the foreground, and declares that it cannot read screen content. It never reads, stores, logs or transmits anything from your screen. Switch it off in Android settings and blocking stops immediately.
Notification and exact alarm permissions are needed so your blocks ring on time. Battery optimisation should be disabled for LockIn if you want alarms to be reliable.
Stop negotiating with yourself. Lock in.
Your timetable, enforced. Exact alarms, a home widget, real app blocking.
