FloWMS Mobile puts the warehouse back in your control. It is the Android companion to FloWMS, the warehouse management system, and it drives every scan-led operation in the building: receipt, put away, picking, sorting, packing, despatching and keeping stock honest (plus loads more).

Every flow is designed around the barcode: scan the location, scan the pod, scan the product, confirm. Minimal typing and clear prompts keep operators moving.

It's so simple we've seen most users pick it up and become productive in less than five minutes.

GOODS IN
• Receipt against inbound orders or customer returns: build pallets (pods), record quantities and capture batches, dates, serial numbers, purchase orders and tags as product rules demand.
• Print pod and product labels at the point of receipt.
• Put stock away singly or in bulk, with system-directed destinations you can override when reality demands it.

GOODS OUT
• Pick shipments or pick waves with directed routes, cluster picking into trolleys and totes, split picks, short picks and blocked-job handling.
• Drop off, sort and pack: route mixed picks to their shipments, build packs and print pack labels.
• Despatch in one tap with Quick Despatch, or book couriers directly: parcels with weights and dimensions, services and options, export paperwork and printed documents. Supports Evri, DPD, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Yodel, FedEx and more.

STOCK CONTROL
• Adjustments to stock quantities and attributes, with a reason recorded every time.
• Replenishment: identify work or take directed jobs, then claim, collect and deliver.
• Pod moves and stock moves for relocating whole pallets or part quantities.
• Stock checks, directed or ad hoc: count locations, capture attributes and resolve discrepancies on the spot.

FIND ANYTHING
• Look up locations, pods, products and containers, and drill into every line and attribute.
• Product enquiry with units of measure, weights, dimensions and a built-in unit-of-measure calculator.

BUILT FOR THE FLOOR
• Log in with credentials, a scanned token barcode or your company's single sign-on.
• See only the modules your role allows, scoped to your chosen warehouses and accounts.
• Every stock movement is recorded in FloWMS's double-entry transaction ledger, so nothing goes missing quietly.
