As said before, this has potential however. After depositing BTC and taking a small loan, customer service is non existent. I have told them numerous times that my address is wrong for about a week now and no response. Hopefully this works.

This is a breakthrough app for anyone who is concerned about the protection of their cryptocurrency. Sadly, I would not waste your time or risk your Bitcoin. The app is clumsy, and support is nonexistent. I did a $500 test loan and figured it out. Then, I tried a $5K loan ($10K collateral). The loan process errored out. I resubmitted, and it errored again. Then, my account had two loans stuck initializing for 3 days. One finally dropped off, but the other never initialized. Thankfully, it released my collateral, and I got my Bitcoin back. Lava is not ready for serious use.
