Ratings and reviews

You say we can upload receipts to our expenses. But the web app has no way of doing this that I can see, and the mobile app only allows you to snap a picture of receipts to an image file. A lot of my receipts are pdfs. On the other software I'm testing, I can just quickly upload the pdfs from anywhere. I sent an email to these guys about this issue, but in 24 hours -- no response. I'm really disappointed, because I like the interface of Notary Assist much better.

this is a game changer to me. I've been running around in circles as a new mobile notary. This software simplifies everything I needed into one clean organized platform. This is only my fourth day but I have written out the pros & cons of not only notary assist but other software similar and I was really excited to get started. I'm not disappointed as a matter of fact I'm very excited This is going to free up so much time so I can actually get out there and show my face and do what I love to do.

I switched to Notary Assist late 2023 and so glad I did. Aside from ease of use & easy access from the app on my phone, I find the attributes are seamless between the website and app. They also offer a way to create your own services so you are not locked into canned selections! Love this app!
