Preventive-Interventive Model
A self-control model that identifies the stages of desire, conflict, control motivation, volition, opportunity constraints, and behavioral enactment.
• Preventive: Recognizing triggers before urges arise
• Interventive: Managing urges at critical moments

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
A mindfulness technique to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and prevent relapse through present-moment awareness.
• Meditation activities to manage urges
• Non-judgmental acceptance of thoughts

USE OF ACCESSIBILITYSERVICE API:
The Lawan PMO app uses a dedicated AccessibilityService API to support the critical intervention feature (interventive model), which detects digital triggers (such as specific apps or websites) that have the potential to trigger a user's relapse. This permission is required so the app can help automatically block or provide real-time mindfulness-based alerts when users are in critical moments.

The AccessibilityService API used in this app runs solely locally on your device for self-regulation purposes and does NOT collect, store, log, or share your personal data, sensitive information, or browsing activity with third parties or our servers.
