the WEbox WEroom disseminates good managerial practices to improve the skills of managerial communities.

Our quick challenges and inspiring content invite you every day to take concrete action with someone "in real life". Managers and employees are thus progressing towards more collective work and developing their soft skills.

Inspired by the book Engaging Engines, the WEbox methodology selects the most suitable content from the library (3000 available). Challenges, challenges, quizzes, quotes, best practices, tips, feature articles, videos, are then sprinkled into the daily lives of employees divided into teams in the form of a gamified challenge.
laWEroom is an adaptive solution (duration, participants, pace, editorial content ...) to create cohesion and fluidity in teams.

Peer group learning is supplemented by a management chatbot and paired sharing.
