Great service, but app needs work. No way to cancel or modify requests. No way to change payment method after initial set up. Service date requested is approximate, not exact. If the assigned provider decides to come earlier, they can. If your gate is locked on that day, they can choose not to come back to do the back and you are charged the full amount. Also, the should be an option to leave a tip and leave provider reviews.

Maybe it's a learning curve, but my first experience has been nothing but a hassle. Communication between you and the mower are difficult, which isn't a fault of the app but a fault in the business plan. Time frames aren't given, and every day since booking, the accepted date has changed. You can't cancel services through the app, and I was told my appointment was canceled but the app does not reflect this. Not a fan. Would not recommend in the future.

The app doesn't use PayPal. The app doesn't allow you to review your account with the provider and after you get done making a payment you can't print the invoice receipt with taking a snapshot first. There should be the ability to review the account payments and print receipts.
