very disappointing I booked service on 3 different occasions. over the course of the 3 times I had 4 no shows, to the point where customer service would just cancel them (which I could have done) There is no accountability for the service providers that didnt show up. when the service did get done, I had garden beds mowed over, large piles of grass clippings and areas that were missed. customer service was very responsive the the 4 times i had to reach out but now very helpful.

I paid for bi-weekly service 2 months ago. It was mowed ONCE, and I was charged for a full month. Site says searching for provider. I could not renew because it said I already had a service. There is no way to contact a human for support. All the high ratings are clearly bots. Update: got a discount, so gave another try. Got an email saying service would be done today. Nothing. Right back where I started.

Disappointing. If your property isn't easy or they just feel like not doing yours, the lawn cutters will drop you and you have to find someone new. I've had 5 or 6 in the past 2 years, and most of them are terrible--the app isn't great either. It's a great concept, but the background checks and vetting are a joke, as are the landscapers, bottom of the barrel. Look elsewhere!
