Overall I had pretty good experience. I was able to set up grass cuts for few seasons and snow removal for rental properties. No supervision. I wish they would take more than 1 picture of front (2-3 would be great) when they finish. Also, easy to schedule and modify. Not so great when custom work is needed. Hard to draw unusual lawns, no way to specify allies, etc

Absolute joke. The providers are able to cancel everyday for over 2 weeks just to get paid extra due to overgrowth. In my experience, the providers usually bring someone (or multiple people) with them who isn't listed on the app, so you don't know anything about them. Customer service is never any help, it's really not worth it to even try.

If your lawn was overgrown due to a provider delay, you should never be responsible for paying it. We definitely want to make sure this is squared away for you asap!

Disappointing. If your property isn't easy or they just feel like not doing yours, the lawn cutters will drop you and you have to find someone new. I've had 5 or 6 in the past 2 years, and most of them are terrible--the app isn't great either. It's a great concept, but the background checks and vetting are a joke, as are the landscapers, bottom of the barrel. Look elsewhere!
