The app is broken. Cannot change date of service, skip or cancel the service. I was told that I had to do this before the 48-hour mark of impending service, but I tried to change the date of service 10 full days prior to my next cut, and the app STILL won't let me. I am not a fan of this company and only use them out of necessity until I find a better option.

This review is more targeted at the service instead of the app. I am thoroughly unimpressed. The lawn is uneven and their "pro" did not edge or trim anywhere as described in the service description. Additionally, I was charged an extra $64 for long grass. My service was rescheduled BY THEM 5 TIMES over the course of 2-3 weeks before someone finally showed up, which is why the grass was long. They also dont allow you to cancel without paying a fee.It is a scam, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

For the sake of your sanity and your lawn, do not use this service. APP is broken too. I cant emphasize all this enough. the scheduling couldn't be more unreliable, I've been rescheduled, cancelled, or no showed on for a week straight but always pushed to the next day so I can get charged a fee to cancel within 48 hrs but there is zero recourse for random cancelation. I have no clue how they vet their people but it is all suspect and I dont think they cover as much liability as they say.
