Overall, the service is great. The app is okay, but there is a very frustrating issue with it. The only complaint is that the text input boxes for messaging or providing comments are covered by the keyboard. So, when typing, you can't see what you typed or click into the text to change the cursor position or paste. Other than that, it's great.

Cancelled services over 8 times in a single week. When I found someone to mow for me and tried to cancel a service same day I was held to a higher standard than the service providers. I was told I can't cancel same day even though they'd rescheduled and canceled on me same day multiple times. If you try to reschedule same day they attempt to charge you a 15 dollar fee. You can reach out to you service provider to reschedule, but just this ridiculous double standard makes this app a scam!

I wouldn't reccomend it for anything other than to take up space on your mind. You will wonder constantly when you're getting service, did they do everything correctly, have they been out, why did they delay. It's a nightmare that isn't worth the time when there are dozens if not hundreds of actual businesses that you can support which won't pay the mower 60% of what you pay. Update: Lawnstarter used a 3rd party and has not followed through to resolve and improve any of the items I mentioned.
