My review is not much about the app but more so about my services. I have gotten rescheduled 3 times now. First, I was told Friday, then Saturday, now im being pushed to Monday. I get that things happen, but that is too many rescheduled days. Also the service and support times say 8:00. However, there is no one available in chat or on the phone. There have been problems since I first signed up with Lawn Starter and I dont like it.

The app is broken. Cannot change date of service, skip or cancel the service. I was told that I had to do this before the 48-hour mark of impending service, but I tried to change the date of service 10 full days prior to my next cut, and the app STILL won't let me. I am not a fan of this company and only use them out of necessity until I find a better option.

This review is more targeted at the service instead of the app. I am thoroughly unimpressed. The lawn is uneven and their "pro" did not edge or trim anywhere as described in the service description. Additionally, I was charged an extra $64 for long grass. My service was rescheduled BY THEM 5 TIMES over the course of 2-3 weeks before someone finally showed up, which is why the grass was long. They also dont allow you to cancel without paying a fee.It is a scam, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
