one of the worst bank i have ever used, there are problems everytime, when i visit newroad atm 75% of the time its always broken, about app i always find issue. last time i got some small amount from someone, just to check it i wanted to open app but it doesnt open, now again this month i didnt receive the money 2 times, sender money has already been cut in his bank but i havent received since 6+ days. this is really frustratating, seriously thinking to switch the bank now. its too much much !

it is excellent mobile banking app. no lagginess, no error each and every transactions. I couldn't face any problem in this app

The app response for qr payment was good before but since few months my experience is terrible! I can never make payment in one time. Sometimes the transaction is auto cancelled, sometimes the amount is deducted from account but doesn't go to receivers account and gets refund in 1-2 days! Overall the app is easy and convenient to use but regarding payment via qr it's really terrible!
