About this app
Layerdots ERP Companion is the phone app for Layerdots ERP — the billing, inventory and GST software for Indian shops that runs on your Windows PC. Use your phone to scan supplier invoices, check stock and sales, and keep an eye on your shop from anywhere.
IMPORTANT: This is a companion app. It works together with the Layerdots ERP desktop app on your Windows computer. You need Layerdots ERP installed on your PC to use it.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Scan invoices with your phone camera
Photograph a supplier invoice and send it to your PC, where it is read automatically and opened in Purchases or Billing for review. No more typing every item by hand.
Stock lookup
Check the stock, price and location of any product in seconds, right from the shop floor.
Shop overview
See today's sales, this week's totals, outstanding dues, low stock and your top sellers at a glance.
Use your phone as a barcode scanner
Scan product barcodes with your phone and add them straight to the open bill or purchase on the PC. No extra hardware needed.
Dues and WhatsApp reminders
View your credit customers and send a payment reminder on WhatsApp in one tap.
Remote view (optional)
Turn on Cloud Sync on your PC to check your shop's stock, sales and dues from anywhere, even when you are away from the counter. Remote view is read-only.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Install Layerdots ERP on your Windows PC.
2. Open Settings on the PC and connect your phone by scanning the QR code (both on the same Wi-Fi).
3. Start scanning invoices, checking stock and more.
