The Fiwalld is a free full-featured firewall on Android, keeps you away from malicious apps.
!!! Important: If you get "Trojan report" about Fiwalld by Antivirus scanners, it's a “false positive” report and please check the detailed statement at the end of the description.

If you receive a system prompt that Fiwalld is draining battery, don't panic. Fiwalld does the connecting work, while other applications save this part of the battery, so the overall battery consumption remains the same.
Please know you can't run Fiwalld and other VPN client at the same time, this is the Android System limitation.
!!! Important statement: Got some feedback from Fiwalld users. Some Antivirus scanners take "2.txt" file in Fiwalld apk as Trojan, please know the "2.txt" file is a pure text file which contains part of ads, trojan domains list that are used by Fiwalld to block them, so it's a "false positive" report by scanners. And some scanners like AVG already fix the incorrect result after I provide the Fiwalld app and test by them. This firewall app uses the Android VPN Service to route traffic to itself so that it can be filtered on-device instead of on a server.

This Firewall is not asking access to storage, that's great. It will do extra connections, but to get information about the IPs, and that's fine.The monitoring with the flags...and block by countries, very nice feature that not to many Firewalls are offering it. What I would like...a dark mode, a search option on the rules section. Great job, easily you can see which app is trying to connect over and over,it even has an area that has the counts by categories. Also blocks ads, and works great 👍

Really good app with clean interface, but with powerful options inside! Works 100% on Android 11 (Oppo/Realme phone). Thanks a lot, the author! He even added some features, requested in comments here :) If there was a way one could chain the Fiwalld with an external VPN service (or some VPN app on the phone) - to get the firewall AND real VPN together... then we would have the best android firewall in the world!

Hi! My DNS servers arent updating. Previously I had a list of DNS servers. I had to reinstall Fiwalld and now the list isnt updating. Can I know how to have the DNS list updated instead of installing DOH guard app? --------------------------- Thanks for the quick reply and update.
