With this app, you can use any wallpaper you wish (image, animation, or video) and still have full control over the Dynamic Colors (Material You) of your device, independent of what your wallpaper actually looks like!

Used to control monet colors, but no longer works. Update: Other features of the app still work, I just didn't use them. I used this app to get rid of the nasty brown color in my messages app. Worked for a year but suddenly stopped. In the past cycling it on and off fixed it, but that did not work this time. After hours of frustration I have given up for now.

I want to love this app, but it doesn't seem to be working for my phone. I have an LG Stylo 4, AOS 8.1.0, and the OS colors seem only to respond to LG SmartWorld themes; with or without your app, any wallpaper I set leaves the OS white (although everything turns black if and only if you use the highest power save settings). 5 stars for your effort to fix this tremendous oversight in the OS. Apparently the well only goes deeper for LG devices and that's not your fault lol

Works great so far! Lets me override the (incredibly stupid) forced automatic color selection introduced in Android 12 and for which OnePlus neglected to provide any sort of controls. As much as I hate the idea I think my next mobile is going to be an iPhone. At least they can leave stuff alone.
