JUSPRO is the first private dispute resolution chamber registered by the São Paulo Court of Justice (TJSP). Through mediation and conciliation, in person or virtually, JUSPRO promotes contact between the parties with the aim of helping them reach a solution (agreement) that will later be approved by the Judiciary.

Individuals and companies forward their demands through the website (form or online chat) or through the application for mobile devices (app) to JUSPRO, which will schedule a hearing with the participation of a mediator or conciliator.
