When will you get my lights on? This has been a very poorly organized operation. Everyone s light are on except for my 1/2 of the block. Also the app. sucks. It is difficult to use. I have difficulty finding my street. No means of determing when power might be restored. You need alternate means of communication Using the internet as your only means of communication is insufficient. You have also failed to explain what people need to do .

worthless. this is just a link to their website, which would be fine if they actually updated the map during outages, but they don't.

Mediocre on a good day. A ouija board with dead batteries would have been just as accurate as this app's outage map. A fitting addition to the LBWL's suite of user-unfriendly customer services.
