As an LCBO retail employee, I frequently have customers come to me thinking that a specific product is "Available" because it stated so on the search results, only to be disappointed when I instruct them to go on the product page itself, where it then says "Not available in store, available to order online". App developers should correct this so that it says how many bottles are at the user's chosen store ON THE SEARCH RESULTS please!

This app has a terrible UX, particularly with simple things like signing in. the app constantly logs me out, and provides an error message when I try to log back in. i have changed my password seven times, and it still won't work. i revisit this app periodically every few months to see if they have fixed this, and if fact they have not. it makes it impossible to use the app to place orders, so I'll just kick it old school and call my local store. this app does not aid convenience.

This app needs a lot of improvement. It is very hard to favourite anything and I have click it multiple times until the heart activates. Sometimes it clicks, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it doesn't open and load altogether. Please, do something about it! PLEASE!! I want to use the app but its very inconvenient and doesn't make my experience any better.
