it's alright for camera only. Controller side, basic at best. not horrible. I got a cheap Drone X-6 Pro. we used all the batteries and didn't have any for the remote. So I downloaded this app to fly it. Thanks to the comments, I connected first shot. I can see the camera. I pressed the bottom right icon and figured out the controls. it was sluggish. It still did ok for a beginner, which I am. But when I used the remote, OMG. that little thing was zippy and fun. Way more responsive.

Good for camera view. Originally I could not get it to work at all on my Pixel 7 phone, works fine on my moto g 5g phone. I don't really use it to control the drone, although you could, instead I use the phone for viewing the camera view and the regular controller for the drone. I do intend to play with it and see if I can set waypoints on it for a flight patfen. It looks like the capability is there, just haven't messed with it yet. I'm just using a cheap drone off temu for now.

Here's how to get the drone's camera to connect to your phone: Disable the phone's mobile/cellular data. Enable only the wifi. Like many other people, I was frustrated by not being able to establish a camera connection, but the camera connected immediately as soon as I disabled the mobile data. The drone is a cheap toy, but that's another story.
