I try so many time to register, many time Uninstall and install again just to make sure that maybe I can connect to register, but still I cannot, I use SIM Card even an Wifi connection with 2.5MB till 3MB/second but still cannot register, I try to call service center, you know what they said..? I have to check my simcard at service center provider, to make sure that the network is OK, like I said my network is excellent, no problem with sms or signal, if you can show me please.. How to register?

The verification is really takes longer than usual. You guys said that the operational hours are between 06:00 - 17:00 but I got nothing. I tried like a dozen times everyday to wait the verified but it won't budge at all. Your app needs to be fix ASAP.

Needs a whole lot of improvements. I keep getting logged out ** In-app customer service always showing network busy ** Some stations rented e-bike with damages ** There needs to be a capability for users to pick their own e-bikes in station instead of assigning automatically to a damaged e-bikes. Some station would not accept a broken e-bikes that I received damaged already ** Tried to send an email but it got stuck on queue in my outbox.
