J&k bank is absolutely the worst bank ever,and their online app mpay is also the worst. They are theives and their app is a scam ,speaking from my personal experience the bank robbed me off money and said it was a technical glitch in our and it's none of our concern. I contacted customer care,they were also rude and didn't help at all. i mean if there is a glitch in your app,it definitely is your concern or you are just scamming your customers. That was my last time,now i don't trust this bank.

Very bad experience with Mpay Delite. The service is unreliable and the server is often down. Every time I need it urgently, the system stops working. This creates a very embarrassing situation in front of customers. If you run a shop or depend on digital payments, you cannot trust this platform. Payments fail, the app stops responding, and there is no proper support when problems happen.

This is one of the worst payment apps I’ve used. It takes nearly 30 minutes to log in, especially when you open it for the first time after installation. Even after that, it still takes a long time every time you try to use it. Money transfers are extremely slow, and the whole experience is frustrating and unreliable.
