Very bad experience with Mpay Delite. The service is unreliable and the server is often down. Every time I need it urgently, the system stops working. This creates a very embarrassing situation in front of customers. If you run a shop or depend on digital payments, you cannot trust this platform. Payments fail, the app stops responding, and there is no proper support when problems happen.

This app is a digital disaster and a masterclass in poor software engineering. The backend infrastructure clearly can't handle basic user loads, leading to constant network timeouts and freezes right at the biometric login. There is nothing worse than standing at a checkout counter in Srinagar, completely stranded because the bank's servers have crashed yet again. J&K Bank is treating its customers like forced beta testers for a product that never should have passed basic QA. Worst!

The app has frequent issues, poor reliability, and the overall service quality is below expectations. Not worth the money at all. The app is buggy, transactions are unreliable, and customer support is either unresponsive or unhelpful. I faced repeated problems without any proper resolution. Definitely not recommended.I don't have all day to transaction anyone. Very disgusting app
