This app is a digital disaster and a masterclass in poor software engineering. The backend infrastructure clearly can't handle basic user loads, leading to constant network timeouts and freezes right at the biometric login. There is nothing worse than standing at a checkout completely stranded because the bank's servers have crashed yet again. J&K Bank is treating its customers like forced beta testers for a product that never should have passed basic QA. Worst!

there are few inherent issues which Mpay team need to fix 1) why is customer mpay getting deregistered ( no change in primary registered number ) , when we insert another sim. this is unacceptable . clearly a bug / limitation of mpay. 2) with another sim in the slot is even turned off, re-registering fails, unless we physically tk 2nd sim out. huge limitation. this bug should be fixed. massive customer inconvinience.

J&k bank is absolutely the worst bank ever,and their online app mpay is also the worst. They are theives and their app is a scam ,speaking from my personal experience the bank robbed me off money and said it was a technical glitch in our and it's none of our concern. I contacted customer care,they were also rude and didn't help at all. i mean if there is a glitch in your app,it definitely is your concern or you are just scamming your customers. That was my last time,now i don't trust this bank.
