Karnataka Bank Offers New Generation Mobile PassBook service branded as "KBL mPassbook 1.0.4" to its Customers. Register by entering your

i) 9 digit Customer Id which is available on 1st page of your physical Pass Book or by contacting your Base branch and

ii) 10 digit Mobile number registered with the Bank.

I have used this app some time ago it was my worst experience so I Uninstalled this but due to some reason I try it again now and it's great all the previous problems are gone. I am very satisfied with the development and its user experience. There is some minor problems like it still lag sometime but overall it's great.

The app displays the message "Remote application detected! Zoom" and forces the user to exit, making it unusable. I have never come across an app that requires users to uninstall other apps. Besides, this app merely displays passbook entries and doesn't have any other functionality to warrant not having a "remote application" on the device. Please remove this unnecessary feature from the app.

Please Learn from *Central Bank of India mPassbook* even they have same issue but they have provided option to proceed where as you are providing only one option to exit which is annoying for many users please update the same.
