I couldn't even register with this app. It sent 4 smses each attempt to which no reply came back. I was not expecting to be disappointed at this early a stage. Totally missed my payment deadline because of high expectations of this app. How can I possibly recommend this to anyone when I myself have faced financial debt due to this app (not even counting the multiple SMS charges trying to get it to work)?
I have transfer amount through this app but transaction not complete and my amount is deducted from my bank account. When i called to KBL customer care they are disconnect the call without giving proper resolution. Worst services. Plz not make these kind of app if they are not working properly. Sent mail regarding the same as well to my branch n kbl mobile email id as well but still no get any response from any one after reminding as well. Worst service. Close ur bank if you not providing good services to your customer. Recommended not used this app for transaction.
Good app. Some little bug is there. While sending if we clicked send button it will send through our default bank account. If we clicked send button it should ask from which bank account it is sending(I have registered 2 bank account in this)
I have transferred amount through this app to corporation bank account on 3/4/2017 but transaction not completely I got message that it timed out and status showing in my net banking as transaction deemed. So I wait my Amount refund my account but not yet credited. When I ask bank he say u ask,corporation bank not her issue, and I ask corporation bank say he say this is not our issues u ask karnataka bank only. So no one take responsibility and I am still rounding for bank. This is worst apps Now 4days to go I still waiting for my money back.
This app is good with a nice UI. Easy to use. Great effort in putting together this app. I like that it ensures users privacy while transacting. I prefer it over the KBL Mobile app because it is faster, gives me greater privacy and is easy to use. Thank you
Terrible when i am going to add account than it always says your mobile number is not register with bank i am frustrated to do that same thing again and again. Such a terrible services
