So far this has been a disaster. I put in the proper information and I can never get anything added to the game I'm playing. They just refund you in their currency which does no good if you can't get anything from them to begin with. The customer support has been atrocious, just waiting for them just to tell you they refund in their currency. Glad I'm only out $20. Feel bad for anyone suckered into more. STAY AWAY from this scam. Only use the stores in the app itself.

"updated18/02/26" since then i wrote the below review. the developer has blocked me from getting access to their app instead of actually fixing the problem. also if this developer has blocked me. there could be 1000s more ppl that they have blocked because they have given a negative review. VERY UNPROFESIONAL "Original review" this company is a SCAM. they share yr card details and make unwanted charges while denying that they do not know about the extra charges. again this company is a SCAMMER

I created my first LDshop account and wanted to purchase a top-up for Genshin Impact, specifically the [New User Exclusive] offer for Genesis crystals. Then I get the error "This offer is only valid for non-paying users", no clue what this was supposed to mean and contacted the support who told me make a different purchase to see if that fixed the issue when it didn't they said that this discount is unavailable for me because apparently I've already made a purchase for my Genshin account.
