I created my first LDshop account and wanted to purchase a top-up for Genshin Impact, specifically the [New User Exclusive] offer for Genesis crystals. Then I get the error "This offer is only valid for non-paying users", no clue what this was supposed to mean and contacted the support who told me make a different purchase to see if that fixed the issue when it didn't they said that this discount is unavailable for me because apparently I've already made a purchase for my Genshin account.

(update) turns out they did not have the functionality to top-up on the SEA version of the game even though they are publicly showing it on their application. Talked to their support and they clearly said that only global version is supported not SEA. I asked them why are you showing SEA too for making purchase, got no reply just a msg for refund.

FAKE. Front pricing are not true there is service fee thwy will add. LOOT BAR is more cheap and high rate.
