What a waste of resources! Won't let me download the app on my computer. The videos can't be seen full screen on the phone. So after you spend resources, making such good videos, with tiny details of buttons, you won't let me see them?? How am I supposed to see such small details, on ⅓ of my Android screen??

The app is poorly put together. Have the person describing the procedure. Clear and simple explanations of what is going on. Remember not everyone is as quick to learn as the lady on the video that rehearsed a hundred times. Spend a few dollars, god knows we did on the vacuum.

Opened the app about 30 minutes ago and it still hasn't given me any options or a menu. It just stays frozen. I've closed it and reopened it, I've un-installed and reinstalled it and still nothing. Very frustrating when all I want to do is order a new bag for my Kirby.
