What a waste of resources! Won't let me download the app on my computer. The videos can't be seen full screen on the phone. So after you spend resources, making such good videos, with tiny details of buttons, you won't let me see them?? How am I supposed to see such small details, on ⅓ of my Android screen??

I like the vacuum except having to change the head just to hook up the hoses for cleaning furniture, ect. Am not impressed with the shampoo cleaners, they cleaned the carpet and stain was back the next day 😡 Spent alot of money, and felt a little pressure to do so, and feel it was a con just to win a trip!!

The app is poorly put together. Have the person describing the procedure. Clear and simple explanations of what is going on. Remember not everyone is as quick to learn as the lady on the video that rehearsed a hundred times. Spend a few dollars, god knows we did on the vacuum.
