Your home records, ready when you need them. HearthTrace keeps equipment, documents, service history, and the locations of important controls together on your device. Your local records work offline without a HearthTrace account.

SCAN A PANEL, THEN REVIEW
Use on-device text recognition to draft labels from a panel photo. Review and correct the suggestions before saving. Recognition stays on your device, and nothing is committed until you confirm the review.

Start with an equipment name, room, and optional photo. Review label suggestions, add another item in the same room, or move to the next room. Resume a saved draft when you are ready.

Organize equipment by room. Keep model and serial details, installation and warranty dates, PDF or image documents, and service contacts alongside the relevant record.

Use Timeline to record work, dates, costs, notes, and the person who helped. Choose a follow-up date and optionally request a local reminder. Snooze a follow-up or record completed work while preserving its original due date. Reminders use the dates you choose, not an inferred maintenance schedule.

With Pro, export a portable .hearthtrace archive containing records and referenced media. Review completed exports and preserve your current records before restoring another archive.
