Overall, I'll rate my experience with the app as pretty good. I give it 4 stars because it has a tendency to freeze now and then. It is convenient banking from home rather than having to schlep all the way to the branch. (Oh, wait a minute. The branch is just next door). The folks working there are affable. Vasha & manager Miguel both get 👍👍. Miguel has been so helpful from day one as the new manager, assisting me with identity theft and the repercussions I'm still dealing with. 🤗 ~ Taylor M.

You cannot deactivate your card in the app. I had to jump through hoops to get the fraud dept number. In the app the chat button completely covers the menu button. Updating your address or signing up for e-statements is cumbersome.

The new app takes a while to open. It does not give you an option to freeze your card. The quick balance function is not available in this new app. 😕 I like the new look but prefer the functionality of the old app
