Ratings and reviews

Whenever I switch out of the app and back in, it tells me I'm offline and forces a reload. This went from mild annoyance to a problem when this happened in the middle of an awards checkout. Then it wouldn't let me do anything because it wanted me to complete my booking first, except I couldn't figure out where to resume my purchase. Just use the website.

Would be 5* but there are things that could be better: 1) Sort reservations by arrival date instead of booking date. 2) Set up alerts when/if a hotel becomes available for booking. 3) When booking multiple rooms, ability to reserve rooms under other names instead of only the name on the account. 4) Ability to modify reservations without calling customer service. I'm also removing another star because it seems the reviews are not read and customers are ignored - not in line with LHW philosophy.

It just keeps telling me that I am offline. I tried 5G and wifi. All other apps work fine. I wiped the storage and cache and it still did the same thing. I was able to log in once, but then it won't load anything. App is unusable.
