2. Create your account
3. Find a Leaf scooter nearby
4. Scan or enter the scooter’s QR code with your phone
5. Kick off with one foot on the scooter
6. Enjoy a fun, safe journey to your destination
7. Park and lock scooter in a safe location out of street and foot traffic

Had 2 people, found 1 scooter. Had one person walk next to the scooter to somewhat nearby location that showed multiple available scooters but there were actually none there. Rode to the next nearest location and the available scooters all required returning it to that same zone which was not listed in the app. We were trying to use them to commute to another location so this was also unhelpful. Was a waste of time and money due to the app not being clearly marked

The app won't allow you to end your ride unless you're in one of their designated parking spots, but doesn't give you directions for how to get to the nearest one. It shows the spots on the map, but trying to ride the scooter while holding your phone to try find and ride to an approved parking spot isn't an acceptable solution. Either be more permissive with where the scooter is parked or provide navigation to the nearest spot. Frustrating experience, I wish I had used a Bird scooter instead.

No key on the map, can't orientate the map, stuck on angled view cause the button is behind the menu. Forced to make an account just to see where you're allowed to ride. No how to use video on the scooters. Just overall a half assed app for some sub par scooters that litter the sidewalks. I hear they often randomly disconnect as well.
