This was a very frustrating experience. First of all, we couldn't rent two scooters with one phone. So if you don't have two phones with you you're out of luck. 1st frustration. THEN once we went back to the hotel to get the 2nd phone, which was charging, it wouldn't let us charge two scooters on the same credit card. BEYOND FRUSTRATING to put it mildly. Gave up at this point

Great way to see the Duluth trails near the bayfront areas!!! My family rented three scooters and were able to cruise through the new craft district in West Duluth and then do Park Point and the Canal Park areas on a single charge!!! Super smooth and fun! Highly recommended. Staff is top notch and took care of everything that was needed. I will definitely recommend to friends and do this many more times.

The app won't allow you to end your ride unless you're in one of their designated parking spots, but doesn't give you directions for how to get to the nearest one. It shows the spots on the map, but trying to ride the scooter while holding your phone to try find and ride to an approved parking spot isn't an acceptable solution. Either be more permissive with where the scooter is parked or provide navigation to the nearest spot. Frustrating experience, I wish I had used a Bird scooter instead.
