It started on a frustrated tuesday night of bowling at the end of which our League Secretary waived the envelope at us …”Anything tonight?” and further frustration ensued. It wasn’t that we did not want to pay, it just became a nuisance to keep track of dues manually, take additional trips to the bank to withdraw cash, and to stuff the envelope. We had enough and thought “there has to be a better way…” it was in that moment, the Leaguepals light bulb turned on.

9/9/25...It has been 5 mths, and I still have not rec'd any response to my many tickets about the notifications issue. The toggle switch is grayed out and can not be turned on. I have been trying for months to get the app to work. Can not set my gender, so my standings are not showing up. Also, not receiving league scores or app notifications. The only thing that appears to work is the payment option. This is a terrible app!

Frustrating and annoying app! First off, I have to use two different emails to have both my kids on here. Customer support claims they have a live chat, but they don't. I submitted a ticket a week ago and have not got any response. I can't change my name in the app. I can't cancel my account. It is really really frustrating!

App sucks, loads extremely slow, from time to time it signs me out and the I can't log back in even if I press forgot password I don't get a link to reset it. I tried more than 5 times to contact support and I never get an answer. I asked management at the bowlero I go to and they tell me that they will get to the bottom of it but it never happens. I give this app zero stars if possible!
