Build the supplement file at the car, while the part is still off and lying on the bench.
This is not an estimating package. It carries no labor times, no repair procedures and no prices, because that data lives in the systems your shop already pays for. It does the part nobody sells you: proof that the damage was there, at teardown, on that car, on that day, in a form an adjuster can check line by line.
THREE ANGLES BEFORE A LINE IS DONE
Open a claim, add the first thing you found that is not on the approved estimate, and the line asks for a BEFORE-teardown, an AFTER-teardown and a CLOSE-UP. The line screen names the angle still missing. The claim header carries one number: how many of the required angles are actually in the file, across every line on that car.
THE TIME IS INSIDE THE PICTURE
Each frame is stamped along its bottom edge with local time, UTC, the coordinates and their accuracy when the phone had a fix, the claim tail, the line number and the angle. The stamp is drawn into the pixels, so forwarding the file cannot strip it. With no fix the stamp says so instead of printing a stale coordinate.
A FINGERPRINT ANYONE CAN RECHECK
Every stamped frame is hashed with SHA-256 as it is written to storage. Tap the fingerprint row and the app reads the file back, hashes it again and says whether it still matches. The Verify screen does the same for any image handed back to you, so "that photo has been edited" stops being an opinion.
MARK IT WITHOUT TOUCHING IT
Arrows, circles, boxes, typed labels and finger-drawn strokes sit on a layer above the picture. Show original hides that layer so anyone sees the untouched frame underneath. Photographs cannot be cropped, rotated or filtered here, and that is what makes the fingerprint worth anything.
EVERY CALL ON THE RECORD
Log who you spoke to, through which channel, what was said and which lines it covered. Marking a call approved or denied moves exactly those lines and nothing else. Set how many days of silence you will tolerate and the phone reminds you.
VIN AND VOICE
Point the camera at the plate and it reads the seventeen characters on the device, with no connection. If the ninth character fails its check digit the app says so rather than saving a misread.
WHAT YOU HAND OVER
- Packet PDF: a cover page with claim number, insurer, adjuster, desk code, VIN, plate, and vehicle; one page per line in the order you added them, each with its three photographs and their digests; the contact log; an optional signed shop statement
- Every build is kept as a numbered revision, so a later edit never rewrites a packet already sent
- Claim ZIP: stamped masters, untouched camera originals, markup layers, audio notes, every revision, the contact log as CSV, and a manifest of every digest
- Whole-shop export behind a passphrase, AES-GCM encrypted, to move to a new phone
FIND THE CAR MONTHS LATER
The archive searches claim number, VIN, plate, insurer, adjuster name, make and model at once, filtered by claim status.
IT STAYS IN THE SHOP
Photographs, audio and location stay on this device. No developer server, no account to create. On-device snapshots keep the last three. There is no Drive sync in this build; one device covers a shop at a time, and an encrypted export moves the archive to the next one.
UNLOCKING
Weekly or yearly access, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The price and the billing period are shown in the app before anything is charged.
WHO IT IS FOR
