About this app

Every visit ends as one page an owner reads at a glance.

The working notebook of a pet sitter or dog walker with their own clients — no marketplace, no office software, no account. Check in, tap what you did, photograph the pets, walk the house on the way out, and the card is finished before you are back at the car.

WHAT LANDS IN THE OWNER'S MESSAGES
One page: when you arrived and left, the tasks you finished, how the house stood when you locked it, your note, the photos, and anything you flagged. Send it as a PDF or a picture from the share sheet, or file it under the client.

A CHECK-IN TIME THAT HOLDS UP
Each check-in keeps two clocks — the phone's own time and a stopwatch beside it. If the phone is not on automatic time, the card says so. A check-in with location prints its accuracy in metres; one without says "No location recorded".

EVERY PHOTO KEPT TWICE
The first copy is the untouched original with its camera EXIF. The second has the time burned into the pixels. An older shot from the gallery keeps its own EXIF time, and anything outside the visit window is flagged as such. Four slots a visit: the pet, food and water, litter or yard, and one spare.

TASKS, AND A REASON WHEN ONE IS SKIPPED
Fresh water, litter or yard, potty walk, playtime, medication given the way the owner wrote it, and a feeding line per pet with the portion in cups or grams. Long-press a row to mark it skipped and pick why — owner said to skip, not needed today, no supplies. The reason travels to the card. N/A is an answer here, not an empty box.

THE HOUSE, ONE LINE AT A TIME
Front door, back door, gate, lights, alarm, stove, windows — Yes, No or N/A, none answered in advance, so a tick is proof you looked. Add the line this house needs, like a cat flap. Mail, plants, blinds, trash and timer lights sit beside.

KEY LOG: WHERE EVERY KEY IS RIGHT NOW
Give a key a label and a photo. It rests at one of five places — your key hook, your car, the client's lockbox, in your pocket, or back with the owner — and each move writes a dated from-and-to line, so the chain of custody reads straight down the page. Set a due-back date and an overdue key says so out loud. Hand one over and the owner signs on the glass for a dated return record.

DOOR CODES BEHIND YOUR SCREEN LOCK
Entry and alarm codes are sealed with a key that never leaves the phone, shown only after a fingerprint or PIN, and hidden again on a timer. The key cannot be exported, so a restore asks you to type the codes again.

FLAGGED FOR THE OWNER
Vomited, loose stool, didn't eat, limping, damage. Tick one and it gets its own block on the card, next to the vet name and number the owner gave you.

FOR YOUR BILLING
Every visit is timed. Pick a client and a date range for a PDF period summary, or a CSV for whatever you invoice with.

YOUR DAY DRAWN AS A ROUTE
Today lays out the stops from your saved addresses, with the distance from where you stand and the key to bring. Repeating visits fill the week themselves, a reminder fires before each, and a nudge finds you if one stays open. The note takes dictation on the phone.

ON THE PHONE, NOT ON A SERVER
No account, no sign-in. Client names, addresses, phone numbers, pet details, notes and photos stay here. A nightly backup zips the database and the photos while the phone charges; export the ZIP and restore it on a new phone. There is no ad code in this app.

COVERS
Drop-in visits, dog walking, overnights, house sitting, boarding at yours, medication visits. Dogs, cats, small animals, birds, reptiles and fish, with feeding, care instructions and a checklist per client.

Pet sitting software on your phone, not a server: proof of service for the owner, a client and pet file for a one-person business.

This app records that you followed the owner's written instructions. It has no drug database and no doses.
