Three documents off one job — the inspection report, the work order and the invoice — finished before you pull off the site.
A JOB, END TO END
Sixteen systems are already built in: LP gas, 12 V and batteries, 120 V shore and inverter, fresh water, gray and black waste, water heater, furnace, roof A/C, absorption fridge, roof and sealants, slide-outs, awning, chassis with tires and brakes, leveling, appliances, detectors. Every item is one tap — Pass, Attention, Fail or N/A — with a note, a repair estimate and photos where they matter. Rename items, add your own, save it as a template.
THE LP HOLD RUNS ON THE CLOCK
Type the lock-up pressure and the acceptance value you work to, start the drop test, put the phone in your pocket. The countdown is kept by the system clock and not by the app staying open, so you can be up on the roof while it runs. An alarm sounds when the hold is up, and once you enter a reading the item will not close without a photo of the gauge. Leak check at the range, fridge, water heater, furnace, regulator and cylinder valves. Detectors are logged with the expiry date printed on the label.
ELECTRICAL AND WATER IN NUMBERS
Battery type and count, resting voltage, converter output, charge current. Shore voltage, polarity and ground read off your own meter, every GFCI outlet tripped and photographed, inverter output, generator hours. Water gets a pressure hold with its own timer, plus pump cycling, heater bypass and anode, tank levels, and a floor plan you tap to drop a leak pin with a photo on it.
THE ROOF, AT THIS RIG'S LENGTH
The roof map is scaled to the length you entered, on a one-foot grid, in EPDM, TPO, aluminum or fiberglass. Drag the A/C, vents, skylights, antenna, ladder and solar into place, then tap to drop Reseal, Cracked or OK pins; Reseal and Cracked ask for a photo. The finished report names the foot the sealant failed at.
ONE READ OF THE VIN
Scan the VIN plate and the check digit is tested on the spot, so a transposed character is caught at the rig and not on the invoice. Appliance serials attach to the VIN rather than to the job, so the fridge, water heater and roof A/C are already on file when you come back. Jobs file themselves under the rig, which makes the maintenance history the list of jobs you closed on it.
WHAT THE INVOICE CAN PROVE
Pin the GPS at the site. Distance from your home base is worked out on the device from straight-line distance times your own road factor, priced against your own mileage bands, and the invoice names the band. Labor at your rate, parts, tax, one numbered invoice. Inspectors get the other tail: Safety, Major and Minor priorities, estimates, and a pre-purchase fee set by rig length. Three signatures on the glass — work authorized, your own, report received. Lock the job and the photos are frozen; notes stay editable.
WHAT YOU HAND OVER
• Inspection report PDF — cover, contents, summary, every system, photos, findings
• Work order and invoice PDF carrying your logo, labor, parts, travel fee and tax
• ZIP of the original photos with a manifest.csv naming the system and item behind each file
• CSV of every serial on the rig, and a raw CSV of every job and result
BUILT FOR BAD SIGNAL
No account, no portal, no server, and the app makes no network calls of its own — one bar at a state park is still a full inspection. Back up to a folder you pick and restore onto a new phone. Units in inches of water column or kPa, psi or bar, Fahrenheit or Celsius, miles or km, USD or CAD, 12 or 24 hour clock. Dark mode, tablet layout.
WHO IT IS FOR
Mobile RV technicians billing by the hour at the campsite. Independent inspectors selling a pre-purchase report on a Class A, B or C motorhome, travel trailer, fifth wheel, toy hauler, truck camper or pop-up. Dealership and campground service teams.
UNLOCKING
A weekly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The price and the billing period are shown in the app before you buy.
