Leankeep connects those who request, those who perform, and those who monitor building maintenance. In the app, planned activities and service requests reach the team, and the work performed is recorded in the work order.

For technicians, the app brings together service calls, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. During execution, it's possible to follow checklists and record photos, measurements, observations, and signatures, according to the operation's configuration. Work can continue without internet; data is synchronized when the connection returns.

For requesters, the app allows them to open incident reports and track the progress of service requests.

Integrated with the Leankeep web platform, the app helps managers monitor execution and gather service history and evidence for reports and accountability. The app is intended for teams and requesters of organizations that use Leankeep.
