CrewTrack is a workforce management app for field crews — built for businesses that send teams to job sites for installation, delivery, maintenance, and similar on-location work.

Crew members use CrewTrack on the job to clock in and out, view their assigned work orders, complete tasks step-by-step, capture photos of completed work, and record materials delivered or used. Office staff manage everything from a separate web admin: assigning jobs to crews, importing work from spreadsheets, viewing real-time crew locations on a map, and exporting time and photo records for payroll and client deliverables.

Key features:
• Daily work orders organized into jobs by site and date, with tasks and materials shared across the crew
• Clock in / clock out with GPS verification of on-site arrival
• Task completion with optional required-photo enforcement
• Background GPS tracking while clocked in, with a persistent foreground notification (no surprise drain on battery)
• Real-time admin map showing crew locations during shifts
• Materials tracking — needed, delivered, used — across the whole crew on a job
• Supplier pickup records with photo capture of BOL and order confirmations
• English and Spanish UI throughout, switchable per user
• Full offline support — work continues without a network connection, syncs automatically when reconnected
• End-of-day summary with required-work acknowledgements before clock-out

CrewTrack is licensed to businesses and deployed to their crew members. It is not a self-service app — your account is provisioned by your employer's admin, and your data is managed under their CrewTrack deployment.

Designed and built by Learned Geek LLC, a Wisconsin-based software consultancy. CrewTrack is currently in active pilot with BYCO Inc. and is structured to support additional business deployments.
