It works and and then it doesn't. Everything loads so slow. Today, I had to restart my phone and it's still not working. I deleted the app twice and reinstalled it and nothing. It lets me login but up until now it's only on the SproutAbout image. For something that I'm paying for to see my kid and communicate with the daycare staff, this is very unreliable!

The app is great when it works. Unfortunately, it frequently slows down. After about two weeks of usage, the app failed to load any information. A day later, it logged me out without prompting me to do so. I was able to log back in but experienced the same loading issues, got kicked out of the app again and now cannot log in at all. In summation, this app is paltry. I like to keep up with my baby girl's day and this app has utterly failed me.

As a teacher, I can't use it unless it's on the ipad. Sometimes, I need to look at a message after I've already left work, and I can because the app doesn't fit on my phone. Quite physically, all the letters and names are squished, the send button was thrown somewhere else, and it's impossible to even see the message.
