app needs an update to open, and the update keeps getting stuck at 99% no matter what i do. ive tried accessing the app one numerous devices, under different WiFi. without access, what good is this app to me? USELESS!

In keeping with many reviews, the Lebara network switch and requirement to switch to this app has been badly managed. I followed all instructions but their systems didn't deliver the necessary. I phoned them ( 70 minutes wait) and their agent " sorted everything"; he was happy. They have my payment details; they ran a test and sent me a payment receipt. Since, SMS messages received claiming I haven't set up payment and I have to act. Not my action lacking, it's all Lebara's. Hopelessly poor.
