it's getting harder and harder to top up each month, why make it so hard?? not a great way to run a business! I'm trying al day to top up and keeps saying error and the lady on your chat service wasn't helpful at all, my GBs run out tomorrow then what do I do?

In keeping with many reviews, the Lebara network switch and requirement to switch to this app has been badly managed. I followed all instructions but their systems didn't deliver the necessary. I phoned them ( 70 minutes wait) and their agent " sorted everything"; he was happy. They have my payment details; they ran a test and sent me a payment receipt. Since, SMS messages received claiming I haven't set up payment and I have to act. Not my action lacking, it's all Lebara's. Hopelessly poor.
