In keeping with many reviews, the Lebara network switch and requirement to switch to this app has been badly managed. I followed all instructions but their systems didn't deliver the necessary. I phoned them ( 70 minutes wait) and their agent " sorted everything"; he was happy. They have my payment details; they ran a test and sent me a payment receipt. Since, SMS messages received claiming I haven't set up payment and I have to act. Not my action lacking, it's all Lebara's. Hopelessly poor.

In this App I cannot see any of my ACTIVITY. In the web version of it there's at least DETAILS OF ACTIVITY but it's only about CALL and DATA - NOT SMS/TEXT MESSAGES. And only for the last 30 days. In the old MYLEBARA APP I was able to see ALL for 90 Days each!!! Any advice for me how I can check my SMS from the last 90 days???

Absolutely useless since the network upgrade. Can't even see methods of payment once you've installed their app. They tell you that you don't have a payment set up when you do. You send them a message via Facebook messenger and maybe get a reply within 3 days. We've been trying to get both mine and hubby's lebara sorted for 10 days now as they took his 10 euros one day and cut him off the next. Lebara uk much much better than es cos at least we had live chat.
