I buy the light bulb, I try to install the "free app" and it keeps asking me for my credit card. I'm not comfortable putting my credit card and all of my detailed information for something that is supposed to be a free app. The credit card information doesn't show as required yet it will not move forward without it! What the heck!

It can only work if your phone supports IR transmissions in my case i have an Lg stylo 5 and it didnt work for me but just the reason that it informed me was good. I had previously dowloaded a different one and it didn't tell me anything.

I feel like the app would work, but my phone doesn't support IR transmission? I don't know how to help that, and they never told me if I could fix it. Reach out to me if you have any info on how I could get IR transmission to work. (I have a Samsung Note 10+)
