Honestly, this app is so buggy and complicated. There's no real way to create playlists and there's no real way to add animations that you've made yourself in app to your device or to be shared. Each time I sync up my device it deletes half my saved animations, making them impossible to put on my device. I was so excited to use this now I'm just dissapointed and frustrated. If I had known this was the app I'd be stuck using I wouldn't have bought my product.

On my 32x16 display, it worked once, now it just displays a play icon when I send an image, and only works if I send 3 or fewer text characters. Anything else and it fails. Thereʻs no way to update the firmware, no way to reset the device... Why? Include the default firmware, make it possible to reset... otherwise itʻs just trash. =(

Used to be a bit difficult to use with the C454 LED Name Badge I purchased. Now it will not pair at all despite recognizing the device on Bluetooth. Repeated pairing attempts just result in the app asking you to pair over and over again. Selecting anything else on the app causes an instant crash. Same results occurred on two different Android phones. Avoid until a fix is made.
