Honestly, this app is so buggy and complicated. There's no real way to create playlists and there's no real way to add animations that you've made yourself in app to your device or to be shared. Each time I sync up my device it deletes half my saved animations, making them impossible to put on my device. I was so excited to use this now I'm just dissapointed and frustrated. If I had known this was the app I'd be stuck using I wouldn't have bought my product.

On my 32x16 display, it worked once, now it just displays a play icon when I send an image, and only works if I send 3 or fewer text characters. Anything else and it fails. Thereʻs no way to update the firmware, no way to reset the device... Why? Include the default firmware, make it possible to reset... otherwise itʻs just trash. =(

Login is buggy, and I can't reset my password as it says that the email that I've put in doesn't exist, and when I get the verification, it comes up with an error message! Come on, sort it out! Also device pairing is bugged, and how about some instructions on how to use, as Chinese isn't my first language.
