The Lee Valley Library app enables you to view our Woodworking, Gardening, Hardware and Gift Catalogs in one place, on- or off-line, at your convenience.

Lee Valley is a family-owned business that has been serving users of woodworking and gardening tools since 1978. Whether a tool from Lee Valley is one made by Veritas® Tools, our manufacturing arm, or is one of the 5,000 or so we get from around the world, it will always have our full guarantee.

Library Bookshelf features:
-Download catalogs through an Internet connection
-Catalogs range from 5 MB to 90 MB in size
-Catalogs are stored locally on your device and can be viewed with or without an Internet connection (off-line viewing)
-Navigate between catalogs within the bookshelf
-Receive notification of our newest catalogs right on your device
-Manage catalogs – sort or delete by accessing the edit function

-Finger-swipe navigation
-Pinch to zoom
-Slider bar for easy page maneuvering
-Alternate to single or double page viewing by simply rotating your device
-Jump to specific pages using bookmarks
-Add notes to bookmarked pages
-Keyword search
-Table of Contents browsing
-Jump to index
-Navigate to pages directly from Index
-Email single pages in portrait mode, or double pages when in landscape mode
-Print catalogs (if connected to a wireless printer)

Ratings and reviews

I love Lee Valley and have been a long time customer, but this app is essentially useless. It struggled to download the most recent tools catalogue, and when it finally did, I am unable to access it and the app crashes. It would be wise for LV to either keep the app updated or get rid of it altogether.

I use this app strictly for the download. The file is just a pdf which I move to my SD card and read using a pdf reader. Eliminates the annoying bar at the bottom and allows me to have the catalog located anywhere I have space for it.

The app is just as described: pdf catalogs and while that's good, I'd love it if the app had a shopping aspect to it as well. Yo be able to enter a payment method and shop securely would be great.
