Research shows that most people prefer to match with like-minded people. And Fyra was created to make it easier for these meetings to happen. The idea is to speed up the process and connect people who have similar ideas and values. Previously called Lefty and Flamr.

Ratings and reviews

The app itself has an extremely outdated and inconvenient user interface. You basically have to do a lot more of the heavy lifting yourself. There's no fun prompts or conversation starters. You can't really filter based on preferences, such as wanting/having kids. Being that I live in a red state, I thought it was a great idea and was hopeful. There's literally only 2 people in my state on the app. The rest are literally hundreds of miles away.

Cons outweigh the pros. While you get some decent offers of functionality for a free app, when it comes down to it, they don't appear to work. At least not on Android. Blocking, reporting, mute, etc, menu doesn't work. The offer of being able to share your profile on social platforms appears to redirect to an unrelated website. Misspellings throughout. No easy way to contact admins, except through email. Should have a direct way to contact from within app itself. Do not recommend.

Love the idea of a progressive only dating app, but this is way too frustrating to use. No simple swipe feature and you have to email just to delete your account? Users should have control over their own accounts. Terrible experience.
