VioletScale shrinks your images and PDFs right on your device - fast, private, and completely free.

How it works
1. Pick an image or PDF.
2. Set your target size in KB.
3. Choose the output format (JPEG, WebP, or PNG).
4. Tap "Change file size" and save the smaller file to your Downloads folder.

VioletScale is perfect for reducing photo sizes before sharing on WhatsApp, resizing images for websites, shrinking scanned documents and contracts, and compressing PDFs for email attachments.

Tip: for the smallest file sizes, use JPEG or WebP output. PNG is lossless but may not reach very small targets. If a PDF can't hit your target, try a larger size - the app will give you the closest result.
