About this app

The Legacy Touch app provides fingerprint imaging for authorized funeral home and crematory partners. This application enables users to enroll decedents and capture fingerprint images for use throughout the Legacy Touch suite of applications. Each fingerprint record generates a PIN unique to the decedent, which is used by families and funeral homes to create personalized fingerprint memorialization keepsakes available at LegacyTouch.com

Ratings and reviews

Crashes all the time. Says it encountered an error and to try again later but trying again does nothing. App will sometimes say it saved prints but then you're unable to pull them up later. App doesn't work in poor lighting and works loads better if you roll prints in ink. Which just defeats the purpose. Unbelievable and a waste of time and money.

After the last update, the confirmation pop up only provides an ID number. We scan in multiple cases and it was nice when we could simply screenshot the pop up when it displayed both the decedent's name and the pin. Please change it back! It's slowing our work processes down. 5 star rating otherwise.

Need scanner, I guess. Unlike the iphone.
