Five worlds govern Echodria. The living pass from one to another against their will. Every twenty-five days, on the last night at midnight, the Echo winds carry their souls to the next world where they continue the lives they left behind.
Eloran should be dead. The Echo willed otherwise and interrupted his fall. In a Cycle, he will finish what he began and plunge into the acidic ocean of Azzur.
Four Echoes, one hundred days—that's all he has left to find a way to escape or say goodbye to those he loves.
...or so he believes, for the nearly millennia-old order that governs these worlds is crumbling. A malevolent entity, calling itself the Scarlet Queen, suddenly emerges, leading a monstrous army in its wake.
Bound by blood and forgotten memories, he may well be connected to it all. An inner force calls to him, a light he knows nothing about, and which could very well be this world's last hope.
