Update: This latest release went from mediocre to horrible. The app won't maintain a connection. Re-paired to the bed multiple times, no luck. worked fine for the past year, now not working at all. Arghhhhh! 😡😡😡 Update 2 (7/4/26): bed model: Prodigy Comfort Since May '26 app update, the app won't maintain Bluetooth connection. Cycles through blue/red but never locks on. Bed shows in Bluetooth settings on the phone, definitely be an app problem.

I've used this app for years and occasionally having to kill and reload the app to get it to connect to my beds was just a minor annoyance. However, I don't know what's happened but something seems to have changed recently, because now the app just randomly stops working at least once a day which forces me to wipe the app completely and pair the beds all over again to get it to work which is extremely annoying.

The app would not connect the adjustable base to the app, so I called the troubleshooting phone number, waited for 30 mins. only to have the person on the other end tell me I needed to call sleep number about the problem. If that's the case, they need to put sleep numbers phone # there, not theirs. What a big waste of time.
