I've used this app for years and occasionally having to kill and reload the app to get it to connect to my beds was just a minor annoyance. However, I don't know what's happened but something seems to have changed recently, because now the app just randomly stops working at least once a day which forces me to wipe the app completely and pair the beds all over again to get it to work which is extremely annoying.

The app would not connect the adjustable base to the app, so I called the troubleshooting phone number, waited for 30 mins. only to have the person on the other end tell me I needed to call sleep number about the problem. If that's the case, they need to put sleep numbers phone # there, not theirs. What a big waste of time.

Horrible app, works for a day or two then just stops and will not open. after clearing cache for the app it still will not open so you must uninstall it then reinstall it to get it to work again for a few days. it has done this same thing in multiple phones. Fix your app!
