Choo-choo! Hop aboard the LEGO® DUPLO® Trains app with your little conductor and discover new ways to play! Allow your child the thrill of remote controlling the train, operating lights, recording their voice and customizing sounds with presets when used with the special purple Action Brick in the playsets.
Get inspired with trainloads of rebuilding ideas, video guidance and extended-functionality features for LEGO DUPLO Interactive Trains playsets. This optional companion app can support your child’s development of essential skills such as creative problem-solving and learning patience.
When kids play, they learn and grow. Our activities are designed to fit your child’s development stage and help them develop a balance of the IQ (cognitive, creative and physical) and EQ (social and emotional) skills they need for the best start in life. LEGO DUPLO Interactive Trains and the app not only support creative solutions and learning patience, but they also help toddlers learn to predict, improve hand-eye coordination and develop spatial awareness. Ratings and reviews

So we will get rid of the fun app (previous version). We will replace it with something that is boring and trying to sell more stuff instead of being something good for Duplo aged children to play with. Terrible support and decision Lego. I have no idea who they designed this for, but it wasn't the children actually using the Duplo trains. Major fail.

first thoughts is bad.. lets see later on voice option for.purple tile is not working(takes a while to upload and doesnt do it, just goes to the last sound used) and app stops working after. [have to turn off and on and close and open app for it to start working again] train control works only if I go directly to it. if i go first to change sounds it wont work and if i go to change sounds after and go back it doesnt work either help if possible!

Lego made a great app bad for no reason It WAS a great app, had an excellent well animated interface which my kids loved. Then they changed it to a plain button only design for no benefit. Their also removed the ability to play it without the trains The app was awesome way to make the trains even more fun and now it feels like it's main purpose it to advertise more duplo The trains from last year are under a new "expiried" section. This from a company whose products use to last generations
