Thanks to BTicino’s "Door Entry CLASSE100X" you will never miss a parcel.

All the functionalities of your door entry system will be in your smartphone, always with you. You will be able to answer the call and open the gate wherever you are, while you're comfortably sitting on your couch or anywhere else in the world.

With “Door Entry CLASSE100X” you can monitor all the cameras of your video door entry system or open the gate, without your keys, when you get home.

To use the APP you must have the new BTicino video internal unit CLASSE100X16E.

If you have a different BTicino model (in 2 wire technology) in your house, don’t worry, you can easily replace it without any other modifications.

This app is guaranteed to be used on smartphone natively including Google services (Google Play Store, Google Play Services).
Verify the presence and activation state of Google Play Services in the App menu of your smartphone settings.

Ratings and reviews

The amount of time that I lose connection with this app is just absurd. Yes it is connected to the 2.4Ghz band. Yes my internet is not the issue cause ALL my other smart home devices can still be controlled remotely. You would think the company would help but you cant even get the logs out of the device !!! The only you can do time after time AFTER TIME is to reset the entire device and it works again for 2 weeks.

Since the update 5 days ago, my phone incessantly vibrates every time the doorbell rings, despite notifications being set to silent. There's no way to stop it, and no notification to acknowledge when the phone is locked! Please fix this urgently. **UPDATE: It's been three more days. Please, PLEASE fix this stupid bug. We have this doorbell on a commercial premises and I need access to the app but do not need a notification every time the doorbell is pressed!**

Every time I get a call from this app, I have to force close it in order to resume Bluetooth playback, otherwise it will be muted. Not paused; muted. The app itself looks like it barely covers its base functionality. It's not so easy to pair, and the UX is quite lacking. I hope they either work on the app, or someone releases an alternative.
