QuteMap2 — One Click Away

A lightweight, no-nonsense map companion with a built-in AI Map Assistant.

QuteMap2 gets you to the place you need in one tap or one sentence. No accounts, no ads, no tracking — just a fast, focused tool for when a full navigation app is overkill.

Core Features

One-Click Park & Find. Tap Save to drop a pin where you parked; tap Car later to see it and the distance back. Remembers your last 50 saves.
Session Timelines. While the app is open, it auto-records your track (one point per 30 m, 10 s) and keeps up to 20 timelines on disk.
Smart Search. Type an address, or search "gas station", "food", etc., to instantly see nearby results.
Live Compass Mode. Rotates the map to match the direction you're facing — great for hiking or big parking lots.
Trace Mode. Leaves a breadcrumb trail of your movement while the app is open.
Tap-for-Distance. Tap anywhere on the map to see the exact distance from you (km or miles).
At-a-Glance Weather. Quiet local forecast from the U.S. National Weather Service.
Share Map. Snap your current map view and share it with a Google Maps coordinate link.

AI Map Assistant

Tap the AI button to chat (or speak) with a built-in assistant that understands:

Nearby searches — "coffee", "cheap pizza", "pharmacy"
Saved-place recall — "where's my car?", "last saved place"
Timelines — "my last timeline", "timelines yesterday"
Location & distance — "what city?", "how far to downtown Denver?"
Trip stops — "coffee on the way to 1600 Penn Ave"
Every answer is an action card with four one-tap buttons: Go, Save, Nav (hands off to Google Maps), and Share. Supports voice input via the microphone.

Privacy First
Saved places live only on your device. Location is used on-device. Uninstall and everything is gone.
