Leitz Icon Software works with your Leitz Icon Smart Labelling System to print labels, banners, badges and cards with just a few swipes. The app uses AirPrint to connect to your Leitz Icon label printer whether over your existing wireless network, or point-to-point. The Leitz Icon Intelligent Label Cartridges tell the app what size cartridge is loaded, and how much is left so you can print your labels without having to be near the printer itself.

My latest android phone keeps losing connection to the network printer. Very annoying

Dear Ravi,
your android should be connected to your wirelss network as your icon has been added to the network. If it still keeps losing connection please check under settings-wireless connection- your wifi network that you mobile is still connected.

Please go to your:
*Device settings
*Apps-Leitz icon app
*Permissions and check option for Storage.
*Restart the Leitz app and link to your drop box
